The children in our previous Year 6 took the National Curriculum tests last May. 

The Government’s expectation (and indeed ours!) is that all children will reach at least the expected standard or above ( score 100).

Remember that we have a Special Needs Centre and even though these children have significant learning difficulties they all make fantastic progress, but are not expected to reach the levels of their mainstream peers. Nevertheless they are still counted in our marks and thus our league table position. This year these children accounted for about 6% of the year group, so the best score at the expected standard or above (score 100) we could realistically aim for was 94%.  The table below shows our results, as published in the Government's league table and in brackets what our results would have been if the special needs centre pupils were excluded from the results.
